3) Letter of motivation

In 500 words or less, please outline your academic training and tell the organizers why you're applying for 
the school and how you will benefit from taking it.

4) Recommendation letter(s) from the current supervisor

5) Abstract of a short talk (a template can be downloaded HERE)

     In 300 words or less, please provide an abstract for a short talk presenting your Post-doc, PhD or Master's 
     project. Each student/post-doc selected for the school will have an opportunity to give a short talk (20 min). 
     He/She will also give a poster presentation (with the same topic) on the open symposium day (Day 3) where 
     the local scientific community will also attend.

The deadline for applications from Japan is March 1st extended to March 12th.

Applicants selected will be informed on March 9th March 15th by the committee and will proceed with registration.

The deadline for applications from France is June 1st.

Applicants selected will be informed by June 15th by the committee and will proceed with registration.
