The registration fee:

for participants from Japan (who belong to Japanese universities/research organizations):  550€ (including 10%VAT).

for participants from France (who belong to French universities/research organizations):  165€ (including 10%VAT).

This includes:

• Three days of lectures from high-profile speakers

• One day symposium

• Lunches and Dinners
  

• Social events
  

For participants who belong to Japanese universities or Japanese research organizations, we will also cover 

your flight costs between Japan and Montpellier and accommodation at Crous Cité Universitaire Colombière

from July 16 to 21 (including breakfasts)

Upon acceptance to the school, you will be invoiced the school fee. This will need to be paid using our online 

system.
